I have never heard of them.   Did they give you any indication of how long it was supposed to take?   The shop I use in Minneapolis could be 2-3 weeks this time of the year (lots of people getting out the toys and finding problems) but they tell you that up front. Their normal turn around is usually within a week IIRC.

Carb was shipped 3 days ago. Better communication would of been a huge plus.

For what its worth, i know the owner through another club. One man operation, willing to go teh extra mile to get teh job done. Appears to be a good guy and people who have dealt with him seem to be satisfied.
