I presume your talking about the main wind up window?   Most of these regulators were very similar. If your prepared to do a little work you could adapt one from another car.  The main difference with them are the actuating arms and their position on the toothed cam.   I have drilled out the welds and removed the arms and welded my own back on a few times over the years to get a new regulator.

The Master Parts Book lists a lot of different numbers for that part. Check with Steve Cooley in Fla. He specializes in that era car. 352-382-2271 or Larry Lawrence in Texas 903-563-0135. Good Luck,     Harry

Since there were two sedanettes in 1947, it would help a lot to know which car you need it for. The Series 61 used the same regulator as Buick Special, and the larger (not 98) Olds and Pontiac models from 1941-1948.  The Series 62 used the same as 1942-48 Buick Super/Roadmaster and the Olds 98. Obviously, you are going to be able to find a lot more Buick/Olds/Pontiac stuff than Cadillac. And probably cheaper. Bob's Buick might be a good place to start.
