I am putting my 60 caddy back together after a few years and was wondering if any one had an idea of how the brackets at the rear of the fender at the rocker panel go on.  Does the bracket go on the inside or outside of the fender?  Which side does the part with the captured nuts go on the body of the car or the fender.  Any help is appreciated.
