This is on a newer than usual car for me.  I am junking my 2002 SLS (Broken frame in front, Rusted out frame in back).  I want to save the seats (tracks and all).  The Haynes manual says move it up and unbolt, move it back and unbolt.  This seems like it would only take the seats and leave the tracks.  The tracks look like rivets hold them on on the side.  Nothing I saw on youtube seemed helpful.  Any Ideas? thanks

those things that look like rivets are actually bolts.  the nuts are under the floor pan.
