62 cad VIN code

My friend just purchased a 1962 Coupe Deville with a VIN of 62J127203

Can anyone tell us the options, etc that this code has?

That's your serial number, the only thing you can decode there is the J = Coupe de Ville.

You need to provide the information from the cowl tag (open the hood, should be at the cowl on the driver's side).  Should look something like this:

[324961]
