Someone went to a bit of trouble to shorten it up.   Looks like it was a Sedan once.

Possible a Milan.  So out of proportion it looks like Donald Duck or Goofy should be driving it.  This variant just has the car cut in half, the rear doors thrown out and mig welded back together, shorten the brake and fuel lines and cut down the driveshaft.  Total abortion of a car.

Google a Seville San Remo.  THAT was a beautiful design with true custom coachwork.
