1937 LaSalle coupe

Hello everyone. Does anybody know the proper torque for a pitman arm nut on a '37 LaSalle?  Shaft size is 3/4" x 16. My search shows anywhere from 144 - 297 ft. pounds. Largely depends on whether Grade # 2 or 5. And if dry or lubed.  Thanks... John C. Lehman CLC # 26365...

Can't find it in any of my books. I would do it as tight as you can get it with a 30" bar.
