Hello Gary,i see these all the time on e-bay,have you tried there yet,type in 39 cadillac in the search box and some will show up,one place has them on there all the time.i havent figured how to copy and paste or i could leave you the link to the auctions.Another plac`e to try is coopers in california,they are at www.coopersvintage.com the link should work for you,they carry a lot of parts you will need for your car.HTH Harvey B

Checking Kanter Winter 2007-2008 Catalog see the following:
1939-1940 LaSalle Wheel Cylinders Each $37,  Set of four $130.
Master Cylinder $125.

My car just had new wheel cylinders, so did not need, but I bought a new Master Cylinder from Kanters and it works perfectly.  I also bought a set of steel brake lines and they fit perfectly too.  They should have everything you need for brakes on a 1939 LaSalle.
