Wanting to get to no the flat head cadillac  i been into the 60s caddys and 70s but this is a step back in time jus wana be able to learn sum info on the whole car

As Gary said, this is the place.  These engine were basically the same 37 through 48 but there are a minefield of differences throughout these years to be aware of when buying parts.
