I have a rather sizeable oil leak that seems to be coming from the water pump mounting.  It of course mounts against the 'timing' chain (where you would expect a lot of oil to be flying around) but when I removed it there seemed to be nothing but a (too small?) slinger behind it. What else goes in there to stop the leak?

There seems to be no leaking from the generator side.
