"Big night" has a great scene too. 1957 but the 58s have just made their debut.

Columbo: A Friend in Deed, Movie made for TV, 1974

A nice scene was filmed at Casa de Cadillac where you see Columbo drive up and into the dealer, then question a suspect who is a salesman there.

Cadillac has always been my favorite car. It just has something unique that attracts instantly when you see it on the road. Therefore, the fact that it is used often in movie scenes only adds up to its value and makes it a car worth investing in. I've seen a lot of youtube videos involving Cadillac, and they all have the same thing in common. It's hard to focus on anything else but the car when you see it. I had to download some of these videos using https://youtube-mp3.me/fr/fr-2/ to make sure I can rewatch them in case I have no internet connection available.

Lots of Cadillacs in several Columbo episodes. but that one at the dealership had the most. No dealerships but plenty of Cadillacs in the Dirty Harry films.

This is going to take the fun out of things for people trying to remember movies that had a Cadillac in it and posting that movie here but, The Internet Movie Car Database, https://www.imcdb.org/ has a long list of Cadillacs used in movies. Of Course they aren't all set in a Cadillac dealership.

Have a look here: https://www.imcdb.org/vehicles_make-Cadillac.html

Good luck in your searches.

The car in "The Buddy Holly Story" is interesting in that it shows one of the four Cadillac "LeMans" roadsters of 1953 after it was "upgraged" in 1959 with a 1959 power plant. That car is seen quite often on the Show circuit

I know this thread has been dead for a while,  but I was just watching the movie "The Shape of Water", and they have a scene in it where one of the characters walks into a Cadillac dealership in 1962, and they have a yellow convertible on a spinning table, and a turquoise Sedan Deville, which the guy ends up buying. Then later in the film, someone runs into it and destroys the front fender and bumper. I don't know how they did it,  but I hope they didn't really ruin that beautiful car.
There are lots of other cool old cars in the movie as well, including a black 56 with a white top. I couldn't see the whole car, it was only in frame for a short time, not sure which model it was.

In the movie Tin Men, set in 1963, a newly purchased Cadillac is hit as it's being backed out of the showroom (see video link below).  Of course, when this film was made in 1986 these were basically just very old used cars or just into their "classics" years.

Always loved this scene.  Fortunately, I have found the new car buying experience to not be quite the same anymore.

An amusing meta thought: As they're both set in Baltimore, the Cadillac dealership in Tin Men and The Shape of Water should be the same one...

The Tin Men filming location for the Cadillac dealership, at least exterior shots, was where Chesapeake Cadillac had actually been located in 1963.

The dealership for The Shape of Water was likely just a studio creation but "set in Baltimore" could include suburban areas.  The Baltimore metro area would've had multiple Cadillac dealerships.

I helped set up this showroom for the film "Wildlife" using a plumbing supply store that was a former Ford dealership in Enid, OK.  Not my choice of cars but it only was on the screen briefly.   That is my 56 Coupe and 60 Buick conv and a friends 60 Seville.

Jim,
That's really cool being able to be part of that. Those are some beautiful cars too. Thanks for sharing.
