63 cdv ac hydro magic starter rebuilt NO LONGER AVAILABLE

I thought i had a starter problem a couple weeks ago, but it turned out to be a completely different thing.  so i had ordered a starter from US parts.   Well, we figured out it was a gas syphoning problem while the thing was en route and when i got it, called to make return and they dont accept returns on electrical items.   so i am out 500+ because of the core charge as well,  so

i have available,  the above part,  has nt been opened from shipment,,, because of core cost, just send me a message and we can discuss cost,,  they charged me 349. for the new unit.. but i can make concessions,,

yes, i was in MT,   but circumstances have led the to go ahead and use the starter,, so it is not available any more
