This is one of a few Cadillac "styling exercises" by Italy's premier coachbuilder, Pinin Farina (in one word - Pininfarina - after 1961) .
You can read all about them in the "Cadillac Database".
Unfortunately there have been no updates in the last few years so some info/photos may be out of date:
