Gentlemen, I have been restoring my car from ground up and hence decided to order a front end suspension kit from Kanter to do the job. Now I am finding that most of the parts simply fit the existing setup very badly. There's a lot of play in so many items that I have had to simply repair and reuse the original parts that were original to the car. I am highly disappointed after paying international freight costs and duties. Has someone there had the same experience? Or am I doing something wrong. ______Amol

Hello Amol, I rebuilt the front end on my Lasalle with parts from Kanter. I only had trouble with one part and that was the inner A frame bushings. I seemed like the threads on the outside of the bushing didn't jive with the ones on the A frame. I forced them on but I probably should have gotten different ones.

I used Kanter parts on my 5019 with no fitment issues.
I was disappointed in some of the seals and replaced them with parts for Steele Rubber.

Contact them,  see what they say.

I am having the same problem too much play. I think its a problem of the original part being in inches and new part being in mm.

Amol,

Throw the parts in the garbage and start over...

This vendor does a great job of making new parts.
