Does anyone have experience getting the throttle linkage on a 46 Cadillac to work smoothly. Currently the linkage arms are attached by just a cotter pin. Is there supposed to be some kind of bushing or washer on the pin side of the linkage arm. Right now the throttle linkage binds and sticks. Is there a parts diagram available somewhere?
I'm a new member. Had a 39 Lasalle, now only this 46 Cadillac 62.
Thanks,

I think a thin flat washer then cotter pin.

Correct...Thin washer to take up some slack before the mini cotter pin.
