If I recall a 6127 is a fastback coupe.

All 1941 Cadillacs are very good looking and attractive to most collectors.  The coupe would have a little extra appeal to rodders, because of the body style.

Sounds like it needs plenty of work. The automatic transmission is not a plus, though hydramatics seem to work fine even after years of sitting around. My crude guess would say $3000 to $5000, assuming the rust is not too bad and that all the trim and parts are there.

Flathead Cadillacs like this when properly restored run beautifully, and can be driven at near freeway speeds.  Most parts are available at reasonable cost.
