WHERE DOES THE THROTTLE RETURN SPRING HOOK UP, ONE SIDE HOOKS TO THE BRACKET BOLTED TO THE EXHAUST CROSS OVER BUT WHERE ON THE CARB DOES IT HOOK UP. AT ONE POINT IT WAS ATTACHED  IN BETWEEN THE COTTER PIN ON THE THROTTLE LINKAGE THAT  ATTCHES TO THE CARB. IT DIDNT LOOK RIGHT TOO ME.
