Hello;

Front drivers door when shut is about 1/4 out.  The passenger door is flush with the quarter panel, but the drivers door is just a "smidgen" off.  Is there an easy fix to bring the door in closer to the body.  I'm sure that since this is the door that is used the most that it has gotten out of adjustment over time.

Thanks,

I'm loving all wealth of information on the board!!!

Jadob,

If it’s the rear â€" door handle - edge you can move the door striker post inside the door jam. You need a large size Allen wrench bit and a ratchet drive to loosen and move it inward. Make certain you have the correct Allen size or you'll strip the socket in the striker. The striker will not move smoothly. There’s cam type locking mechanism inside the body that makes the striker move in a jerky sort of motion. It’s a trial and error process.

Ralph;

Do you mean the "rear" as in toward the rear end of the vehicle?  If that is the case, then yes that is where the door is out of adjustment.  This is a two door so that's all that's there...

Thank you.
