Hello, all,
I have a clutch fork with a broken clip on the end that attaches to the linkage (not the double end that contacts the release collar.
My clip is broken?  Does anyone have an extra clip they no longer need?   It is going on a '49, but think is the same for many years.

By the way, the same fork was used from 1940-1953, if that helps any of you all that might be wondering if that rusty part in your garage just might work for me!

Thanks,

They will work fine without the clip if you get really stuck, Dan. I have had several cars over the years with the clip broken. I think its just and anti-rattle thing.

Good to know, Steve. Thanks.  I was thinking the same thing since there the linkage is a threaded shaft that allows adjusting the linkage throw, and part of the shaft will stick through the hole in the fork.
Best,
Dan
