What in the engine compartment (each and every item) is what color on a 1954 Cadillac?  Also, when it comes to the items that are black (generator, etc. including the area where the voltage regulator is mounted), are these flat, semi-gloss or gloss?  Are there any areas that were flat black from the factory that are enhanced to be gloss now yet correct enough to still be OK at a concours?

Jim,

Check out the listing in the website for the Authenticity Manual for 1954-1956, Third Edition, Feburary 1998. It explains all.

There are no free rides on this one, to many questions to be answered.

Call Fredus N. Peters at 219+486-5612 to order. It is worth the cost.
