This 31 355A V-3 slings a lot of oil from the front of the engine, by the fan blade.  Is this normal or is there a seal I need to change?  T.Brown

Check the oil line to the fan.

Found the leak.  The big nut that holds the bottom pulley on was loose.  I undid the keeper and turned it about 2 turns, stopped the leak.  Now I have an anti-freeze leak.  It is dripping out of the overflow tube that runs down the middle of the block.  My guess it is some sort of internal leak.  Debating weather to try some Bars Leak concentrate???  T.Brown.

WHAT overflow tube?? There is a drain tube that connects to the aluminum block on the passenger side behind the generator. That tube mates to an internal passage through the block that ends in the engine valley. There is a small hole/depression in the valley right below the carburetor which is the top end of the passage.  The main purpose of the tube is to drain any fuel leakage from the carb out of the valley and overboard. If you have antifreeze coming out this tube, it means you have an EXTERNAL coolant leak that is running down into the valley. Water neck, etc. Shine a bright light into the valley.
There is also the larger elbow in the center of the block on the passenger side. This of course is full of coolant, and connects to the radiator hose going to the water pump at one end, and to the block. Several places it can leak also.

Don't use any stop leak product.  Only will cause trouble with other components in the system

You might also want to check the packing gland on the water pump. You can tighten the packing but on top of the pump by disengaging the little stem in too and tightening the nut by rotating it with a screw driver.
