I have purchased a 1932-1933 Shop Manual, a 1928-1936 Master Parts List, a 1930-1935 Class 2B Cadillac V8 Authenticity Manual, and a Fisher Body Service Manual but still cannot find an illustration of the mounting configuration of the side mount brackets and pieces nor can I find any illustration or break down of the light switch at the end of the steering column. I have to wiggle the switch to make the tail lights work and I am afraid to take it apart until I know what is in there. I have tried electrical contact cleaner spray but it did not solve the problem. Can anyone please offer any help or suggest any more books that I am not aware of. Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul,
I can take some pictures of the side mounts and send to you. I will also take a picture of the lighting switch so you can see how it works.

David,
That would be great. My e-mail is pd@blackcreekllc.com if that would help. Thanks!

Here are some pics. Light switch mounts to bottom of steering column. Has two tabs on bottom and turn it to line up with grooves and it will come off. Wires are all plug in.

If you have the original wiring be ready for it to crumble when you touch it:-(
