1935-36 Lasalle Interior Sunvisor Wanted

If these are the same as my 36 they are the most delicate things one could wish to work with. The die cast bracket is wafer thin and slips over the back and front of the card, it is then riveted through. These chrome rivets are stronger than the thin die cast and attempts to remove them results in the die snapping like a crisp.

Steve, when I read something is that fragile I wonder about reproducing it in plastics with a 3-D printer. Since Jay Leno purchased one my best guess is that there will be a lot of outlets similar to Kincos with the machines to duplicate whatever we need. Thinking of Fog light lens for 1942 Caddys for example? They now have over 400 compounds of liquid products available, and as we know plastic can be chrome plated.  I have some AR-15 receivers legally produced and numbered on 3-D machine also. I foresee a day coming soon when we can take a part to a local Kincos and they can transmit the information across the country, or the world for that matter and the part would be produced at the other guys local Kincos.
