Title: 1939 Cadillac Radio
Post by: ahoyguy on February 09, 2017, 02:33:47 PM
I am looking for a 1939 Cadillac Radio. Mine was lost 30 years ago when the restorer died and the family got rid of his stuff. Anyhow, I would like a correctly restored one OR I'd be happy with a cosmetically correct radio with 12V conversion even if it has new insides.
email me at tom@ahoycruisesdfw.com Thank you.

Jim Kidd had a restored one for sale recently. Do a search.

I did a quick search and the only Jim Kidd with old radio connections seems to have died. Unless there are 2 Jim Kidd.

I have a "master" radio unit consisting of the radio and a speaker that went above the windshield.  However, the Cadillac Authenticity Manual that I have only goes to 1938 year models.  Your car a 1939 might be different.  If you desire, I can email you a picture or two.  Please send your request to surveyorjohnemail addresses not permitted   Thanks John D.
