I sell 1963 and 64 Cadillac Parts on the side and if this is to install bucket seats in a car that originally came with the bench seat you will also want the special brackets welded to the floor board the seats bolt down to (instead of the prethreaded holes in floor board), center console, center console mounting brackets,  left and right seat wiring harnesses, switches, and switch panels (different from the 6-way bench seats, with a 4 way on driver and 2 way on passenger depending on body style).

You also need to specify if this a coupe or a sedan.  From 42 1963 and 1964 parts cars I've brought in, 4 had bucket seats and 3 were for coupes with the top section that swings forward to let passengers in rear compartment, and 1 came from a sedan with the stiff upper section.

If you need the center console the Eldorados had the wood grain panels (Narra Wood for 63, Baku wood for 64) to match the instrument and door panels.

Finally, if intending to use original materials and patterns, you need to specify Year and Body Style. For instance the designs and materials used between say the 1964 62/63 series coupes, and the 1964 Eldorado are different, and they are again different between same body style but different year.

I can put you on my wait list for 63 or 64 buckets if you shoot me an email at jasonedge@nc.rr.com. I always removed the brackets, wiring, switches, etc and usually sell as a complete setup.

For reference, you can see the bucket seat mounting brackets in picture below:

Here's kind of a funny, but related question.

I know many people want to go from bench-to-buckets and thus need the brackets as described above by Jason.  However, in going from buckets-to-bench, are the "bucket brackets" in the way of proper bench mountings?  Does a factory bucket (64) car come with the prethreaded holes in the floorboard for a (relatively) straightforward bench bolt in?  Or would one need to remove the brackets and make holes?  Thank you!

The bucket seat equipped 1963 and 1964 Cadillacs have pre-threaded holes for bench seats, so if going from bucket to bench you would simply cut the tack welds holding the bucket seats brackets to the floor pan, grind any remaining weld off the floor pan, and installed the bench seat as they would have been if the car came with them from the factory.  That basically means that all car bodies were ready to install the bench seats, but if a bucket seat car was produced, the additional bucket seat brackets were tack welded to the floor pan in the assembly process.
In a related topic, all regular body style 1963 & 1964 Cadillacs (60,62,63 series) came with threaded holes in reinforced areas for seatbelts of the floorboard regardless if the car came equipped with front and/or seat belts. Rubber plugs were installed in the holes if seat belts were not installed. Also keep in mind that the front seat belts did not become standard until later in the 1964 model year production, and rear seat belts were a low % option. I have pulled in 46 1963/64 Parts cars and owned 5 other drivers, and believe 5 or 6 had rear seat belts or roughly 10% of the sample of 50+ that I have had on hand.

Jason - amazing info, and thanks so much for the clarification.  I'm new here obviously but I can already tell you add a ton of value.

Best,
