Hi,

I have just bought a 1913 Cadillac Model 30 in Cape Town South Africa where I live

Can anyone advise the correct valve clearances. How does one gain access to the tappets seeing the springs etc are covered by brass sleeves. Does one unscrew them to collapse them to gain access?
