Not mine.  Was in my mailbox this a.m.  Purportedly 4,429 actual miles?  $25,900.  If true, it is a steal and should go fast!

The interior certainly looks original.  Nice to see some trunk, engine and chassis shots...

Dave, you must have a huge mailbox?   Seriously where is the car. Someone reading this may want the information so they can peruse the potential?

100% all original? better run up and look at it very nice car overall

The data tag says it is 42-44, that's Pecos Beige for the body and Tangier Tan for the roof. The body colour looks like Alabaster Gray now. It has definitely had a repaint. As the inside of the hood should be black and you see overspray on and near the data tag. The trunk cardboard is covered with the same material used for the spare tire cover and the trunk carpet.
It has a lever under the dash left to the steering column, can't imagine what's it used for.  Next to the Autronic eye controller box it has several springs, which could work as resistor wires. I don't have a clue either.
I guess the mileage is counted since the restoration. Which is done nicely. Overall a nice, clean car.
In my eyes the price reflects the work put into the restoration, but not the market situation.

Question: The cowl tag is spot welded on one side riveted on the other and there is a third hole. Is this a normal occurrence?

Not skeptical about the car, just wondering about the mixed method of attachment of the tag.

In 1955 there were 3 holes on the body tag.  The "extra" one below the hole
on the right has no use that I am aware of.  The tag on my '55 Eldorado has this
same feature.

There should be no spot weld holding the tag.

Yes, I also noticed that the car was repainted and some work was done to the
interior as well.  The steering wheel, for example, was redone just to name one.

Not a "100% original car as advertised", but very nice!
