1976 Series 75 AC Programer

The AC will not come out of the dash vents unless the programer under the glove compartment's electrical connection is removed. Any suggestions or personal case history to this situation ? I've checked for vacuum leaks so far and all is good. Bot the control head and programer are receiving 17 inches of vacuum each from the manifold.

With the connector plugged in does the system stay on full heat? If so, check for an unplugged sensor. Can you control the temperature at all? If not, and the sensors are connected very likely a bad programmer.

I just had the programer rebuilt by oldair.com. I'll do what you said and see what happens. BTW - Old Air isn't exactly the friendliest group around. They don't return phone calls and most of their answers contain more silence than words
