99.9% sure that care was from New York. Saw it at the Mills Mansion meet. My father almost bought it back it the 60's, but when he went back it was sold. Had pictures of it and gave them to the gentleman that sold to car to the guy in TX.  Needed a clucth and some steering work.

eBay listing shows still unsold.

When I click the link, it says this, "Bidding has ended on this item. "

To me, that means it's no longer available for purchase.

No, it just means the auction has run out.  Doesn't mean he sold it.

If you look at the Hemming's link, he dropped the asking price to $75K OBO.
The guy's name and phone no. are listed.

I'd run down there and look at it myself, but I promised the wife no more old Cadillacs after I bought the '41.

Click on the picture and it will take you to the actual listing that says not sold.

Now $60K OBO on Hemmings. My sense is that this situation is perhaps due to health or some financial setback, not stupidity as has been inferred. Anyone could disassemble a car for restoration and wind up in this position. Being told you have terminal cancer is an example. If it were a '31, I'd be in the chase, but I really don't care for the streamlined styling of the '32. That's just me, and no offense to you '32 owners out there. :)
