Keep em' coming!  I have some money burning a hole.  But not a $6800 hole for a 105,000 mile car.  I would consider $3500 a fair price.  There was a nice one, a 69 for sale in the Quad Cities (Iowa) about 2 months ago for less, in a rare color. 

Nothing wrong with this car, but we all know the (relative) surplus of 1970's Cadillacs.  Plus you need to drop $500 on new tires, probably the reason the family is selling - no one wants to pony up for tires for a rarely driven (now) car.  It looks like a win-win.  One family has enjoyed this classic for 105,000 miles, time to move it on.
