looking for a good vent window regulator for a 1940 5019 passanger side front vent window regulator. Preferably with the window frame attached

Look for a 1939/40 Buick Special/Century or the corresponding Olds or Pontiac model. They all are the same body and will be much more plentiful (and cheaper). Go asking for a LaSalle part and I would imagine the price will double. Good luck.
