The unshielded slide-on terminals indicate those wires are grounds.  The white plastic piece to the right of the picture looks to be a broken in-line fuse holder, so we might be talking add-on accessory, factory or aftermarket.  The small wire with the yellow connector should have that yellow connector replaced with an 18-22 red connector --- just asking for a broken wire there.  Sorry I can't be any more help than that.

If I had to make an educated guess - generator to voltage regulator harness.  This is one of the few locations where an in-line fuse was used.  The inline fuse was for the generator light in the dash.

Plus, the terminals definitely look like the ones used on a Generator and Voltage Regulator.

If this wiring is in a car that has an Alternator replacing the Generator, then these wires would have been removed, and the Alternator wired up in the normal way when bypassing the Voltage Regulator.

still, a generator but everything has been a disconnect by the previous owner so more question to come  ;D
