I am so impressed by the woodworking skills of my bro-in-law that I am posting some pictures old and new, of an original set of rotten floorboards (used as a pattern) and the new ones cut with CNC. Car is a touring model. Next step will be to glue linoleum, then fit to car with mouldings and trim.
