Missed driving my 58 so much after selling it last year. Sold my 55 Chevy to buy my newest Caddy project. Glad to have another, this time with less doors! Progress pics soon. Happy New Years

Please send us more pictures, and a narrative about your new acquisition-- many of us truly appreciate knowing the history and personal commitment to a worthwhile effort such as yours... (I owned a '60 CDV during the early 70's.. Very capable car, durable, and a pleasure to drive.  I hope that you'll have an easy and enjoyable time bringing it back. Happy day,   Jamesl

Thanks guys. Trying to get out to the garage to Rt things started. Hard to do with the holidays and sub-zero weather. Found her up in Long Island NY in the driveway next to a 56 and 64 SDV. Was a daily driver but owner now having health issues. Metalwork all done to repair NE rust and final bodywork and paint in my hands now. Runs and drives, just needs some love!

From the view of the interior, it looks like this old gal is well under 100K miles.  My 1960 cdv seat fabric was beginning to split and deteriorate under my parents' originally installed clear plastic seat covers back in 1972!   Happy day, James
