Hi I am searching for rear right and left backingplate fitting a 52 Cadillac.

Gene, unfortunately, they are different. According to the MPL, the backing plate for Serie 60S and 62 was also used for the 1950 MY. Strangely enough, 1951 back plates have a different part number.
Your 1956 back plates can be used on 1954 and 55 models.

It's not the same part number; don't know about the differences. Only 50 and 52 have the same part number.
