Hello! Here's pictures of a very nice dash bird I got from a carcass many moons ago. In the 51-53 range. The master parts list shows 5 different birds those years. Would anybody out there know which one this beauty is??
71 Olds 98 LS, 66 Fairlane 500 XL Convertible, 55 Packard Clipper Super, 58 Edsel Ranger, 72 Cheyenne Super, many 49-60 parts cars, abandoned "House Of Doom" full of 49-60 parts. Huge piles of engine parts, brackets, tin, Hydramatic & Jetaway parts,  thousands of stainless moldings, dozens of perfect sedan doors.

I only find FOUR different instrument panel emblems (group 3.1200) in my parts book (1952 w/53 supplement)
#145 5340 for 1949 (all Series) and 1950 CC
#145 6935 for 1950-51 Series 60S
#145 8907 for 1952-53 Series 60S
#145 8906 for 1950-53 Series 61, 62, 75, CC except 1950 CC

The first one is a crest, the second and third ones read "Fleetwood", the fourth one reads "Cadillac" - therefore no doubt about wideness of applications for your own.

Thanks Phillip. I must have read too quickly. I appreciate your assistance very much.

OOPS!, I spoke too soon. I went back to the Master Parts List and there are 4 between 51-53, two say Cadillac, a 51-52 and a 53. So I'm stuck between those 2 that say Cadillac.

I'm sorry for my mistake ! my 1953 supplement doesn't mention these new parts, maybe they print it early in the model year.

C'an't even help you with my own car "bird", it's a Fleetwood :-[
