I have an original from a 37 opera coupe.  Can pull it out of the shop and send some pictures if your interested.  I don't know what model of vehicle you are looking for, or if they are different between years and models.  Arizona car, been sitting inside for the past 25 years.  Definitely not rusted.

Certainly different between sedans and coupes and the filler neck position changed throughout the years.
I may be interested Lou if its the wrong one for Mr Saidana.

I still have it. Dug it out of the parts shed and sent some pictures onward.  No rust other than surface, as I recalled, however I saw a bolt sticking in it where I don't think one should be!!!  Not the drain plug.  Think someone may have tried to fix a leak.  Does have a small dent in the corner, but not where the bolt is.  Don't know.  The tank and car is not rusty.  Still has the sending unit/and pick up tube in it.   I have had the car since 1973, super solid AZ car from southern AZ.  (Douglas, AZ)  Retired now and doing something other than keeping it stock/original.  Have the filler neck, locking cap (no key) and straps.
