That is one beautiful car.  Someone got a great deal at that price.  Too old to daily drive but a great add to any collection.  Some nice photography too.  Imagine the interest if these were reproduced with modern tech, engines and electronics and without an alphanumeric name.

I enjoyed the test drive in the DTS yesterday over the lunch hour at the Cadillac dealer by my office.  Needed to get it out on the freeway at 80, plenty of power to merge and pass, cold A/C.  Returned to my office and got a call an hour or so later that it had already been sold, I guess there is still a lot of demand for a large V8 Cadillac and the sales guy at the Cadillac dealer said the same, there aren't tons of these left and they get snapped up every time they hit the lot as a trade in.  There were a bit too many miles for my taste at 82k and a broken plastic drivers' seat surround, I have identified an 06 at a dealer about an hour away from me with 52k miles listed at $8,995.
