Clean 1941 Cadillac Radio for Sale. 

I found this in my father's collection of Cadillac and LaSalle parts.  His notes on the side of the case indicate that it needs to be rebuilt, so I believe that to be true.  The set buttons work and the frequency needle moves when you push the buttons.  The chrome is original, but no pits.  Looks like the speaker has been replaced from original.  $125 plus shipping.
