Vacuum valve for vacuum operated door locks

I need the 'Remote Valve' shown on page 15-14 (Fig. 15-20) in the 1960 Cadillac Service manual. This unit is GM P/N 478 7518 (made by TRICO).
This valve switches the vacuum to lock/unlock the doors on my Biarritz. Something is stuck inside and it will only lock (not unlock) the doors. Only operates in one direction. I have banged on it, soaked it and whatever is stuck remains so.

Any idea where I could get this...or a substitute that could do the same functions?
