Sometimes I cannot remove the key from the ignition in my 1999 STS  please help. Alex.

It is a dry lube. Any auto parts store should have it.

Maybe your key has some wear on it, use a new one.

The dealer can cut you some new keys.

Same thing with my 92 Eldo, Dry graphite used sparingly does help. New "pass key" ignition keys will set you back 30 bucks a pop at the dealers. Keep only the ignition key and the door key on the key ring, house keys, work keys etc. on a different ring.
Replacement of the pass key ignition switch assembly is abusively expensive, As I was advised by the parts man the cut and programmed my new key.
