Happy New Year to all our club members and and their families.

The attached January newsletter here is a reflection of December activities, and December was COLD.  So, while there is not a lot to write about, what we did do was fun and enjoyable.

Our main event was the Toys For Tots held at Frank Kent Cadillac in Forth Worth.  Despite the weather it turned out to  be very rewarding for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves' program.  Thanks to all participants.

Coming up is the Christmas Party for 2013 on January 5th from 3 - 8 PM.  This is at the Double Tree Hotel, 8220 Esters Blvd at Highway 114, in Irving.  This is always a pleasant get-together with plenty of socializing, a look at a fine car or two, and a good meal.  Hope to see everybody there.

And we also are doing an interesting get-together at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum at the Addison Airport, 4572 Claire Chennault St, Addison, TX  January 25th at 2:00 PM.  We are going to view the Texas Vietnam Heros Exhibit, a personalized tribute to the 3,417 Texas that died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces there.  This should be very interesting and enlightening.

And for those who are having car show withdrawal and feel so house-bound due to the weather, come on out to Cadillac Row at Cars & Coffee, either to show your Caddy, or just schmooze while we watch the sun come up and warm up the morning.
