It would be a good location for a car museum...they already have a successful one on the interstate near Tallahassee, lots of families travel down that way too....

My 1968 was originally sold by Nolan-Ryan, their dealership in the Miami area. My region toured the new facility a couple years ago. There was one old hand still around who provided the history of the franchise.
