Happy Tides Of March.  This month’s newsletter is jam packed with car stuff, as usual.

First we cover our visit to the Top O’ Hill Terrace in what is now Arlington, Texas.  For many years this location, now in the shadow of the Cowboy’s Stadium, was the destination of Cadillacs and Packards bring celebrities and the rich and famous to “eat dinner and enjoy the view,” while secretly enjoying some fine gambling and other entertainment.  It was a fun visit and a fine day for the outing.

On page 2 we have some new events added. March 15 is a general meeting and pot luck. See page 9 for more details.   Also, check out May 29th for the Inter-regional meet.  An application for this will be in the newsletter next month. And look at my Favorite Cadillac item.  This should be fun.

On page 4 one of our members was in the movies.  His car was in  it too.  Check this out.

Page 6 has a story by our president and activities director on her outing at the CLC Midyear Board Meeting.  She had a great time and wanted to share it with ya’all.

An interesting article on page 8 regarding the CLC museum in Gilmore.

Uh oh!  Seems the New Membership Report on page 9 is blank.  Let’s see if we can improve on this in the future.

On page 10 we still have Dave Eckberg’s cars for sale.  I have seen them.  These are number 1 cars.  Give Dave a call if you have space for a fine collector car.  And the 1991 Brougham has been sold.

And on page 10, check out the savings on repairs we have drummed up.  It is real.

Until next month â€" Happy Trails.
