I have just completed the restoration of a Fleetwood 4535. The first two pictures show the car after being removed from an orchard near Goshen, Indiana in 1969 by the previous owner. The last picture shows the car in 2015 after being removed from the building in the background where it had resided since 1992.

Oh what I wouldn't give.
Great job on an equally great car.
And if that pond/lake is in your backyard, you are three times blessed.
Have fun,
Steve B.

I appreciate very much the kind words of encouragement. The lake is in my front yard, and I am indeed blessed in many ways.  One of those ways is in being able to communicate with the good folks of the CLC with whom I share a common interest. Thank you!

I agree! Is that the original color as ordered?

Chris, the original colors were black fenders with an olive green on the uppers. The interior was also sort of an olive leather. I know this from the build sheet, and the original interior door panels were still with the car. The late Charlie Selick ( who owned the Cadillac parts business now owned by Pete Sanders)  owned a V16 sport phaeton painted very similar to my car. His car was my inspiration color wise.

Thanks Wayne, I hope you get home soon and will come get your pile of parts out of my way. :)

If anyone knows how to flip the third picture over, please do so. We're getting tired of standing on our heads!

Dead easy Rich but I can't do it on your thread. Just copy it into your PC and flip it. delete the one in your post and attach the flipped one. Unless you like standing on your head ;D

Thanks Steve! Now I can finally get rid of this headache, lol. I was successful using your method, but do not know how to put the righted photo in the original order. No worries! I had flipped the original attachment right side up on my computer several times while constructing the topic, but whenever I uploaded that particular attachment, it would roll inverted.  ???

Just got back from the dual CCCA/AACA meet in Auburn Indiana. This car was there, and I must tell you that the pictures do not do the car justice. The car is gorgeous. I sure hope the owner brings it to the Grand National so you all can admire it.

Michael, I am humbled by your comments and appreciate them very much. Your beautiful V12 Roadster is the envy of all, and you seem very knowledgeable on '31 Cadillacs. It was a pleasure speaking with you, and I look forward to seeing you and your great car again soon.
