I have a complete harness for a 1960 Eldorado Seville for $500.00.
You may have to make some modifications for the top switch but it's in excellent shape from the headlights to the tail lights.

Looks like about $3000 worth of stuff.

I HAVE A FULL HARNESS from a 28K mile 1960 Eldorado Seville that was dis-assembled to build a custom high end custom.
I bought the entire chassis and all parts they were not using.  I have already sold what I do not need for my own 60 Seville restoration project.

I am offering this harness for $500.00 and it can be rolled out and installed in any 59/60 series 62 2 door or Eldo.

The vintage PVC wiring tends to get brittle with age and cracks develop.   I'd recommend to put all new wires and connectors in, if I were you.   If you go that far, might as well make it sound.
Brian is a good reliable parts source.
You can probably get a new factory harness for around $1000 or less.
For resto grade try M&H Reproduction  www.wiringharness.com
Someone recommended Nargansett a few months ago   www.narragansettreproductions.com.

I tend to do it myself from spools, but then again, it's a time consuming job and you need a few tools.   I solder everything and shrink wrap all connections.   No sense doing it twice down the road when it's tough to get to.
I also like the modern kits like Ron Francis, et al.   You get up to date circuit breakers, relays, extra and modern fuse capacity so you can separate into circuits/make additions.   But it's not resto grade.
