1938 Parts - lots of spare stuff and more coming

My 38 is gone so I guess it's time to get rid of a bunch of my spare parts.

Generator 6v negative ground. Updated with the guts from a 1938 farmall tractor to give an extra 10 amps. Includes the matching New regulator that looks very close to the original (NOT NOS so easy to buy a spare as they are still manufactured) . This will keep your battery charging even with radio/headlights/heater+ other stuff all on at once. The regulator is a tiny bit wider than the original but comes with a custom made hidden bracket to mount properly on any 1938.  $200

Starter, rebuilt in great condition. Cranks strong and looks great. $75

2 correct original 100% mint headlight lenses still in the boxes. $50

Very nice set of working 1938 horns, and they blow nice and loud. One bell has some tiny pinholes that will never been seen when installed. All rust removed and painted black. $100

2 very nice condition 1939 steering wheel cores. Both need recasting. $25 each

I also have an instrument cluster with working speedometer - other gauges but not sure of their functionality - $100

1 show chrome condition horizontal grill piece - from near the top section (1938 60S specific) - $50

1 show chrome condition vertical grill support.. the bar that sits in the nose and holds all the horizontals (1938 60S specific)- $50

Payment preferred by paypal. Western union or mailed cheque will also suffice.

Shipping extra by Post Office or UPS your choice. Cost depends on where you live and what you buy.

I'll have a whole bunch of more parts coming as I go through everything.

It's been a long time since Joe posted on this forum, probably to do with him no longer having his Cadillac. I may have something in my stores. I'll have a look in the morning. Window crank handlers are the same back and front yes?

Yes they are. No joy on our mutual quest yet although several irons are in the fire. As far as Joe is concerned he has gone to ground and won't respond to telephone calls or emails. I tried just last week. I will be in the area in late October so I will look him up.
