I've never seen one of these except in the Authenticity Manual.  Is it leather? What are its dimensions? Is it an actual pocket that is riveted on the panel or attached in some other fashion? Looking to make one if possible.

I have had several cars with these. They are just stitched to the kick panel for the registration document.   They never seem to be replaced after a re-trim. I have often made re-placements myself if it was a car that need to be authentic.
