I have the radiator out of my 34 LaSalle Club Sedan. I've removed the water jacket and cleaned out the sediment in that area around the cylinders. The water pump has a strange by pass besides the regular thermostat on top of the head. It appears to be a smaller style thermostat in the water pump by pass.  :-\ Anything I should check out with this by pass thermostat before I button everything up. Thanks, Jim
