I'm rebuilding the windshield washer pump in my 1967 Eldorado and, after cleaning out the old, dark yellow grease, I'm wondering what lubricant should be used when I reassemble it. I'm tempted to spray everything down with graphite lubricant but maybe I should use white grease instead? Opinions?

While the wiper motor is (sort of) exposed, should I squirt/pack anything in there as well?

Thanks!

P.S. I joined the CLC!

I use white lithium grease when I rebuild them. Some use the green grease because it is waterproof but it's not necessary.
